Meet the Founders: Maggie & Kim
At the heart of Pig Luv Co. are two women who balance each other perfectly—Maggie and Kim. Think of us as the yin and yang of mini pig rescue.
Kim is the numbers guru, the strategic mind, and the voice of reason. She's the one saying, “no more pigs” when the barn is full. Maggie, on the other hand, is the beating heart of the sanctuary—the one cradling a rescued piglet and whispering, “just one more.”
Together, we turn passion into purpose. What started as a love for animals quickly grew into a mission: to provide safety, care, and forever homes for pigs in need. We’re different in our approaches, but united in our vision—and that’s what makes Pig Luv Co. not just work, but thrive.
Our Story...
The universe has a way of placing things in our path. We can choose to overlook them—or turn them into something truly special.
For us, it all began with one tiny pig named Piddy. She was the runt of her litter, rejected by her mother, and so very small. We didn’t know much about mini pigs back then—especially the challenges they face due to misinformation and misrepresentation—but we knew one thing: we loved her with all our hearts.
As Piddy grew, so did our love and our understanding. Wanting her to have a friend, we adopted our second pig, Peter, and just like that, our journey began to unfold. One pig led to another, and before long, our home became a safe haven for pigs in need.
Today, we’ve opened our hearts and sanctuary to many mini pigs—rescued, adopted, fostered, and cherished. Each one has a story. Each one matters. And every day, more pigs are looking for safe, loving homes. We're committed to being part of the solution—educating others, advocating for proper care, and offering lifelong sanctuary to those who need it most.
In 2022, we faced an unimaginable heartbreak—we lost our sweet Piddy girl.
